Roman Zbiega

Roman Zbiega is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various high-level finance roles. Currently serving as Global Finance Director for Polymer Specialties at Nouryon since January 2015, Roman has also held positions such as Corporate Finance Director for Transformation and Investor Relations, as well as Global Controller for Performance Additives. Prior to Nouryon, Roman worked at AkzoNobel from November 1999 to March 2015, where roles included Finance Director for both Powder Coatings in EMEIA and Decorative Paints in Central Europe, along with Financial Controller for Decorative Paints in Poland. Earlier experience includes a position as Financial Analyst at ABB from June 1998 to October 1999. Roman's education encompasses a CIMA certification obtained from 2005 to 2008, alongside degrees in Business Law from the European School of Law and Administration and Economics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
