Peter Blake

Peter Blake has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Peter began their career as a Development Chemist at Nicholas Kiwi Central Laboratories in 1984, where they stayed until 1989. Peter then moved on to Rohm and Haas, where they held various positions, including Business Manager for South East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, General Manager for Australia and New Zealand, and Human Resources Business Partner for Asia Pacific. In 2009, Peter joined The Dow Chemical Company as the General Manager for Australia and New Zealand, overseeing the Dow Coating Materials and Dow Packaging and Converting businesses. Peter later became the Director of Selling Excellence for Asia Pacific. Since 2013, Peter has been serving as the Director of Commercial Excellence for Asia Pacific at DowDuPont, responsible for leading a team across 13 countries, focusing on sales and marketing effectiveness programs.

Peter Blake earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Applied Chemistry from Swinburne University of Technology, which they attended from 1975 to 1979. Peter then pursued a Master's degree in Applied Science from the same university, completing it from 1980 to 1983. In 1998, Peter attended the Mt Eliza Business School for their Leadership Development Programme. Later, in 2004, they enrolled in the INSEAD International Executive Programme - General Management for a brief period.
