Gemma Millington

Gemma Millington has extensive experience in bid management, currently serving as Head of Submissions for Downer New Zealand's Energy and Utilities sector since August 2019, leading the trans-Tasman bid submissions team and overseeing tender submissions across various sectors. Prior roles included National Bid Management Lead and Bid Manager positions within Downer's Utilities and Transport divisions, where responsibilities encompassed strategic oversight, team leadership, and quality assurance in bid development. Before joining Downer, Gemma held key roles at Redweb, including Senior Bid Manager, where Gemma managed the tender process and developed competitive strategies to secure pitches, along with marketing activities and account management. Educational background includes studies at Bournemouth & Poole College and Avonbourne School for Girls.
