Jon Newbery

Jon Newbery is the Head of Corporate Finance & Projects at Downer since October 2014. Jon also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer, Rail at Downer. Jon is currently a Non-Executive Director at Corum Group Australia, Repurpose It, Linen Services Australia, and The Killara Golf Club Limited. Previously, Jon served as the Chief Executive Officer at Clarity and Clearsonics Pty Ltd. Jon has a diverse career history spanning various roles in companies such as Newport Capital Group Pty Ltd, International UNP Holdings Ltd, and Arthur Andersen. Jon is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales, having earned a BSc in Physics from the University of Nottingham.
