Matthew Winchur

Matthew Winchur has extensive experience in project management and operations across various sectors. Notable achievements include implementing a project portfolio reporting framework while serving as PMO at ARTC and managing a significant business unit at Toyota Tsusho Canada Inc., where sales increased from $9M to $26M. As Head of PMO at Transgrid, Matthew oversees the high voltage electricity transmission network in NSW and the ACT. Current responsibilities as Executive General Manager Operations Risk & Performance at Downer reflect a strong emphasis on operational excellence. Matthew’s career also includes leadership roles at UGL Rail and Lendlease, alongside founding Winvite Inc., a vitamin company based on an innovative marketing concept. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
