Dante Fields

Dante Fields is an experienced professional in the field of psychology and behavioral therapy. Currently serving as the Clinical Team Lead at ABC Therapy Clinics, Dante oversees team progress and communication with caregivers while coordinating with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Prior roles include Senior Registered Behavioral Technician and Registered Behavioral Technician at Downers Grove Park District, where Dante has been cross-trained in various capacities. Additional experience encompasses food service, behavioral technician roles at the Center of Autism and Related Disorders, and positions in education and event management while contributing to research projects at Coe College. Dante holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience with a minor in Creative Writing from Coe College.
