Mark Parkinson CIWFM is an experienced Regional Operations Manager at Downing since October 2013, responsible for overseeing schemes and operational teams across major cities in the UK, including Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester, Glasgow, and Edinburgh. Prior to this role, Mark served as a Property Manager, ensuring high-quality facilities and maintenance services for tenants. Mark's earlier experience includes tenure at Heron and Brearley Limited from July 2012 to October 2013 as a Property & Estates Manager, where responsibilities included managing a property portfolio and overseeing refurbishments and facilities management. Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, completed between 2008 and 2012, and attended St. Mary's College, Crosby from 2001 to 2008.
