Kelsey Pasqualichio

Investment Partner at Downing Capital

Prior to joining Downing Capital Group, Kelsey co-founded Nex Cubed, a venture investor and startup studio with offices in New York, San Francisco, San Diego and Singapore. While at Nex Cubed, Kelsey spearheaded the Investment Committee and made over 75 investments in frontier tech, health tech and fintech. Prior to Nex Cubed, Kelsey was a Managing Partner for NextGen Venture Partners where she launched the NYC office and helped raise their first fund. Kelsey has an extensive background in private equity and M&A, including experience with The Carlyle Group, 3i Group, and Credit Suisse. Over the course of her career, she has completed transactions totaling more than $20 billion. Kelsey is a frequent guest lecturer on topics related to VC and entrepreneurship. She serves as a Board Member of the HBCU Founders Initiative and as an Advisor to The Arthur Rock Center for Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School. Kelsey graduated from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan where she studied finance, and Harvard Business School where she received her MBA.
