Tom Phillips

Tom Phillips is the Head of Institutional Solutions at Downing, where Tom leads the team in developing new fund offerings for institutional investors, with a focus on sustainable investment products for charities, foundations, and endowments. Tom also has experience in investment, sales, product, and marketing. Prior to their current role, Tom worked in various positions at Downing, including Investment Director and Head of Downing Private Office. Before joining Downing, Tom worked at Lloyds Banking Group as an Associate Director and Assistant Credit Analyst. Tom holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Cardiff University.
