Elaine Irvine

Elaine Irvine brings a diverse background in education and retail, with significant experience in instructional support and teaching. Currently serving as a Kindergarten Aide and Instructional Support Aide at Downingtown Area School District since August 2021, Elaine previously held the position of Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience, where responsibilities included delivering a comprehensive curriculum to preschoolers and evaluating student progress. Elaine's retail experience spans several roles, including Stylist and Store Event Coordinator at Lane Bryant, and Assistant Store Manager at Talbots, where event coordination and customer service were pivotal. Additional previous roles include ESL Assistant at Marple Newtown and West Chester Area School Districts, as well as Talent Recruitment Supervisor at QVC, showcasing Elaine's extensive experience in training and leadership.
