Steven Mogck Mfa, Mat

Steven Mogck, MFA, MAT, is an accomplished art educator and artist with extensive experience in teaching visual arts. Currently serving as an Art Teacher for both Downingtown Area School District and Lionville Middle School since September 2022 and August 2022, respectively, Steven has a strong background in art education, having previously held positions at E. N. Peirce Middle School and Universal Companies. As an artist, Steven has been actively creating art since June 1999. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in Visual Arts Education from the University of the Arts, a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Socially-Engaged Studio Art from Moore College of Art and Design, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Studio Arts from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Steven studied at Pratt Institute and The Joe Kubert School of Animation and Cartoon Graphics, earning a certificate in Comic Book Illustration.
