Rachel M. Scott has extensive experience in legal support roles, currently serving as a Paralegal at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC since January 2012, specializing in Energy, Labor and Employment, eDiscovery, Litigation, and Regulated Entities in both New Hampshire and Vermont. Prior to this, Rachel held positions as a Legal Assistant focused on Labor and Employment, Energy, and Estate Planning, and as a Paralegal II at the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, working in the Consumer Protection & Antitrust Bureau and the Criminal Bureau. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from New England College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the same institution.
