Sheila Mahan

Sheila Mahan has extensive experience in leadership and management across various organizations. Current involvement includes serving as a retired VP of Programming at the Des Moines Downtown Chamber of Commerce since August 2019. Previous roles feature Executive Director of Polk City Chamber and Economic Development Corp from January 2017 to October 2018, and Board Chair for YMCA Supportive Housing from September 2014 to March 2018. Prior to these positions, Sheila Mahan worked at Wells Fargo in various roles including VP of Compliance & Operational Risk in the Customer Care & Recovery Group, and as a Compliance Manager at Wells Fargo Financial. Additional experience includes a loaned executive role with the United Way of Central Iowa during the 2011 campaign and extensive management experience at Norwest Financial.
