Del Lausa

Del Lausa is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, support services, and education. Currently serving as the Senior Program Manager for Housing at DESC since December 2013, Del Lausa has previously held roles such as Project Manager at Kerner-Scott House and Clinical Support Specialist at Rainier House. Prior experience includes working as a Life Skills Coordinator at YouthCare and serving as a Case Manager at Central Youth and Family Services. Additionally, Del Lausa has contributed to the educational sector as an online writing instructor at TutorVista and as a part-time instructor and teaching assistant at Syracuse University. Del Lausa holds a Ph.D. in American Literature/Textual Studies from Syracuse University and a BA in History from Marietta College.
