Randi Dorman

Randi Dorman serves as the Chief of Making it Happen at R+R Develop since 2003, specializing in innovative real estate development in Tucson. Dorman is also an active board member and chairwoman of Downtown Tucson Partnership, along with serving as an emeritus board member and past president of the Museum of Contemporary Art Tucson. In 2019, Dorman ran for Mayor of Tucson as a Democratic candidate, advocating for community improvement. Additionally, Randi created Randi’s Picks, a curated weekly email highlighting local events, and has extensive branding experience from roles at Bromberg Consulting, Interbrand, Gotham Inc., TBWA, and Grey Group. Dorman holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, concentrating on Math, French, and Political Science.
