Divya Rajagopalan

Divya Rajagopalan has a diverse work experience, beginning as a Network Technician intern at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in 2013. They then joined Amazon in 2017 as a Data Analyst, where they were involved in data processing and analysis for voice recognition technology. At Amazon, Divya generated reports, performed root cause analysis, and carried out deep-dive analysis to improve device accuracy and productivity. They also worked on Power BI, ad-hoc reporting, and designed sales analytics reports and dashboards.

In 2020, Divya joined Little Mountain Learning Academy as a Business Analyst, where they conducted requirements elicitation meetings and industry benchmarking. They also gained experience in project planning using JIRA and made recommendations for process improvements.

In the same year, Divya moved on to World Financial Group (WFG) as a Business Operation Analyst. Their responsibilities included designing reports and dashboards, maintaining access and archiving processes, assisting the Sales Operations team, managing client documents, and maintaining a basic understanding of insurance and related legislation.

Currently, Divya is working at Doxim as a Business System Analyst. In this role, they work independently on multiple projects, manage deadlines, lead client requirements discussions, develop technical requirements, and work on banking product configurations. They also analyze data files and document requirements for systems integration.

Divya Rajagopalan has a strong education background with degrees in various fields. In 2010, they completed their Bachelor's of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Anna University. After several years, Divya pursued further education and attended Fanshawe College from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Software and Information Testing, focusing on the field of Computer Science. In 2020, Divya pursued a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from George Brown College.
