Kristinna Patkai-Webber has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Kristinna started their career as a Sales Assistant at HSBC in 2001 and then took on positions such as Marketing Associate and Credit Risk Associate. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst and then as a Project Analyst and Business Project Manager at HSBC. In 2014, they joined BMO Financial Group as a Project Management Consultant and later became an HR Project Manager, where they led various projects within the HR Project Management Office. Kristinna'sresponsibilities included project leadership and management throughout the entire project lifecycle, from goal setting to post-implementation review. Kristinna also provided expertise in project management processes and industry best practices. In 2021, they joined Doxim as a Project Manager.

Kristinna Patkai-Webber obtained a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Economics from Trent University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In November 2010, they obtained the PMP Designation but the institution from which they acquired this certification is unknown.
