Mona Bolouri has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Mona began by working as a Research Project Team Lead at Shahid Beheshti University, where they introduced new tools and methodologies for research projects and supervised a team of researchers and a web developer. During their time there, they managed various projects, resulting in a published book and a website.

After that, they served as a University Lecturer at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, where they led architecture classes, developed course outlines and syllabi, and supervised thesis work.
