Jessica Tsadwa

Jessica Tsadwa, Ph.D. has a diverse background in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in various educational institutions. Jessica is currently working as a Racial Equity Consultant at Hackman Consulting Group since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Director of Social Justice & Inclusion for Housing & Residential Life at the University of Minnesota from March 2020 to January 2023. In this role, they provided vision, leadership, and oversight for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, trained and counseled partners and senior managers, and co-chaired the employee engagement committee.

Jessica also has experience at the University of Arizona, where they worked as a Community Director for Housing & Residential Life from July 2018 to February 2020. In this position, they supervised a team and managed the university's largest social justice program. Jessica worked collaboratively across units and chaired committees to drive change.

Before that, Jessica held multiple roles at the University of St. Thomas. From January 2021 to May 2022, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor. Jessica Tsadwa, Ph.D. has an extensive education history. Jessica obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music from Gustavus Adolphus College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Leadership in Student Affairs at the University of St. Thomas, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015.

Continuing their educational journey, Jessica pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at the University of Arizona. From 2017 to 2021, they dedicated their studies to this field.

In addition to their degrees, Jessica has obtained several certifications. Jessica completed the Assessment, Ethics & Policy, Organization & Delivery, Outcomes, and Student Engagement certifications from Andy Howe, Ph.D, with the most recent obtained in September 2014.
