Program Manager Inclusion Strategy at Doximity

Jessica Tsadwa, Ph.D. has a diverse background in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in various educational institutions. Jessica is currently working as a Racial Equity Consultant at Hackman Consulting Group since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Director of Social Justice & Inclusion for Housing & Residential Life at the University of Minnesota from March 2020 to January 2023. In this role, they provided vision, leadership, and oversight for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, trained and counseled partners and senior managers, and co-chaired the employee engagement committee.
