Lydia Montagnese has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 at BMO Capital Markets, where they worked as an Operations/Senior Administrative Assistant until 2014. Following this, they joined CCS Associates as a Technical Science Editor from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, Lydia joined Doximity, initially working as a Clinical Content Editor until 2019. Lydia then transitioned to the role of Content Strategy Manager until 2020, and currently holds the position of Director, Editorial.

From 2013 to 2017, Lydia attended the Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs and completed a Masters degree in Science Writing.

In 2016 and 2017, they attended the Quantic School of Business and Technology, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.

Lydia's undergraduate degree was obtained from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Lydia graduated with a Bachelors degree in English and Psychology.

In addition to their academic degrees, Lydia has obtained several certifications. In October 2016, they received a certification in Multiplatform Mobile App Development with Web Technologies from Coursera Course Certificates. In October 2014, they obtained an Excel Intermediate certification from AcademyX. Furthermore, in August 2014, they received a certification in Programming for Everybody (Python) with honors from Coursera Verified Certificates.
