Maxwell Farnon has over 20 years of work experience in various administrative and coordination roles. Maxwell started their career as an Office Manager at Winged Keel Group, where they ensured smooth office operations and coordinated with staffing agencies. Maxwell then worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Victoria & Co, assisting with calendar management, travel arrangements, and event organization. After that, they served as an Administrative Assistant at Forest Laboratories, overseeing administrative aspects of the marketing department and providing support to the salesforce. Maxwell later became a Store Manager at Antique Collections, Inc., managing day-to-day operations and supporting client contact. Returning to Forest Laboratories, they resumed their role as an Administrative Assistant, this time supporting four managers and handling expense reports, invoices, and travel arrangements.
