Nicholas Pufal

Nicholas Pufal has a comprehensive work experience in the software engineering field. Nicholas started their career in 2009 as a Software Developer at Touché Tecnologia, where they worked until 2011. Nicholas then joined Caixa de Ideias as a Software Developer Technical Lead from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined ThoughtWorks as a Senior Consultant Developer and later became a Technical Lead from 2015 to 2015. Following their time at ThoughtWorks, Nicholas worked at PetroFeed as a Senior Software Engineer from 2015 to 2016.

Since 2016, Nicholas has been employed at Doximity, where they have held various roles. Nicholas started as a Senior Software Engineer from 2016 to 2018 and then transitioned into the position of Technical Lead from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they led the design and implementation of a new content acquisition pipeline, improving throughput and aggregation accuracy. Nicholas also led the migration of a user-facing product to VueJS + GraphQL. Currently, Nicholas holds the position of Staff Software Engineer at Doximity, starting from August 2021.

From 2009 to 2012, Nicholas Pufal attended SENAC where they pursued a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, earning the title of Technologist.
