Sneha Kadam has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. SNEHA began their career in 2009 as a Biomedical Engineer at the Asian Heart Institute and Research Center. SNEHA then worked as a Biomedical Field Sales and Service Engineer at GE Healthcare from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they joined San Jose State University, Business School as an Administrative Assistant. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Biomedical Equipment Engineer and later as a Clinical Technology Analyst at Stanford Hospitals and Clinics. SNEHA then worked at CHC Healthcare Inc. from 2017 to 2022, starting as a Business Development Manager and later becoming the AGM - Sales and Partner Management. In 2022, they moved to Illumine - Childcare, Daycare & Preschool Management Software as a Senior Business Development Manager until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Senior Manager at Dozee. Throughout their career, Sneha has demonstrated their expertise in sales, business development, partner management, and customer success.

Sneha Kadam completed a Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Mumbai from 2005 to 2009. SNEHA later pursued a Master's degree in the same field at San Jose State University from 2011 to 2013.
