Derek Merrell has extensive experience in client support and coordination roles, currently serving as the Service & Deployment Lead Coordinator at DP Solutions since October 2019. Previously, Derek was a Client Support Manager at IBM from June 2010 to July 2019, and prior to that, held positions as a Senior Ariba Client Support Associate and a PeopleSoft Client Support Associate at AT&T from March 2000 to June 2010. Derek holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the Community College of Baltimore County.
