Ernst Schulze is a seasoned executive in the port and terminal industry, currently serving as the UK Chief Executive Officer for Ports & Terminals at DP World since 2012. Previously, Ernst held multiple CEO roles at DP World, including in Ecuador and Embraport, and served as Executive Vice President & CEO at Asian Terminals Inc. from 2007 to 2012. Ernst's career includes significant positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Générale de Manutention Portuaire and General Manager at Hutchison Ports. Ernst's extensive experience began at ECT Rotterdam, where various roles spanned from Project Engineer to Terminal Manager. Ernst started in the maritime field with Seatrade as a maritime officer. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Supply Chain from Tilburg University, a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Economics from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Ships Navigation & Engineering from NAVSET Abel Tasman, complemented by executive training at IMD and Ivey Business School.
