Balakrishna Prabhu

Balakrishna Prabhu is an accomplished operations and customer service manager with extensive experience in the logistics industry. Currently serving as Manager of Operations and Customer Service at DP World since July 2022, Balakrishna previously held the role of Assistant Manager of Operations at Bolloré Transport & Logistics from February 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing container stuffing, coordinating with internal teams and shipping lines, and managing transportation logistics. Prior to that, Balakrishna worked as Assistant Manager of Customer Service in Project & Engineering at NTC Logistics India [P] Limited and as Team Leader for Damco Operations at Maersk Global Service Centre India Private Limited. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Computer Applications in Computer Science from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, completed between May 2005 and November 2008.
