Charmain Browning - Fcipd

Charmain Browning, FCIPD, currently serves as the People Director for DP World, overseeing operations at London Gateway and Southampton Ports and Terminals since March 2019, while also holding the position of Non-Executive Director at the Bourne Academy of School. With a substantial background in human resources, Charmain previously served as People Director at Roke from February 2013 to January 2019, where responsibilities included strategic HR requirements and talent management. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner roles at Capita People Solutions, focusing on organisational culture and complex employee relations, and a decade with Southampton City Council, culminating as Recruitment Manager. Charmain holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth and completed the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School.
