Jens Damgaard Christensen has a background in manufacturing and management, with experience in production management and lean projects at various companies. At DPA Microphones A/S, Jens is currently the Production Manager, overseeing capsule production and managing a team of 50 employees. Jens Damgaard has implemented visual management using Power BI and artificial intelligence in problem-solving. Previously, Jens worked as an Operational Excellence Manager at FOSS and a Lean Project Manager at Novo Nordisk. Jens Damgaard has a Master's degree in Manufacturing and Management from DTU.
