Tomi Alisha Jones has over 6 years of experience in marketing and brand development. Tomi Alisha began their career in 2016 as a Marketing Manager at Joba, then moved to Screenvision Media in 2017 as a Production Trainee. In 2019, they joined NaturAll Club as Creative Director, where they developed and managed a creative team of talent and rebranded their logo suite, brand guide, packaging, products, messaging, and websites. In 2021, they began their role as Sr. Brand & Product Development Manager and Consultant at Maesa, where they led development of brand strategy and annual brand marketing plans, defined the business plan to deliver category and brand objectives, and managed brand projects. Most recently in 2022, they joined adwoa beauty as Email Marketing Manager and dpHUE as Ecommerce and Digital Marketing.

Tomi Alisha Jones is currently studying International Business: Strategic Management at the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Tomi Alisha has obtained three additional certifications: Understanding and Recognizing Food Safety Hazards on a Produce Farm, and Measures that Reduce Risk from the Eastern Shore Entrepreneurship Center in July 2022, an Occupational Safety and Health Administration 10 HR DOL Certificate from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in January 2022, and a Klaviyo Product Certificate from Klaviyo in July 2022.
