Kenneth Desimone

Kenneth DeSimone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Application Services at DPL Financial Partners since April 2023, Kenneth previously held the position of Customer Service Manager at Greenfield Global from May 2017 to January 2023. Prior roles include Contact Center Supervisor at Vantiv, Unit Manager at Citicard, and various supervisory and management positions at DialAmerica Marketing. Kenneth began his career with roles in production and data entry. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Baldwin-Wallace College, which was completed in 2002.
