Patrick Ng'Ang'A

Patrick Ng'ang'a is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management. Currently serving as the Project & Product Operations Manager at DPO Group, Patrick has previously held significant roles including Head of Technology & Operations and CISO at Switchlink Africa, as well as Technology Consultant on an independent basis. Prior experience also includes leadership positions at Cellulant, where responsibilities included Head of Service Operations, CSI Problem and Change Manager, and Service Desk Team Lead. Patrick began a career in IT support at the University of Nairobi. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from the University of Nairobi, Patrick also holds a degree from Maseno University, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
