Leandro has a background in Chemical Engineering and joined DPO&Co in November 2021.
Since joining DPO&Co, he has been involved in leading several BPO projects such as assisting data migration from client’s ERP system to its new e-commerce platform, support an aviation and aerospace supplier in processing their vendor package parts purchases & uploads, and other back-office functions. Because of that he also got exposed in using Acumatica (ERP system), Salesforce (CRM system), Asana, and Tableau Prep.
Prior to joining DPO&Co, he worked as a logistic support & dashboard analyst at PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia, assisting the team in reducing the time spent on creating a logistic report by developing a semi-automated excel model and achieve freight cost savings by analyzing logistic information and optimizing the delivery routes. Additionally, he has also interned at a waterglass (sodium silicate) company as a process engineer intern, where he was actively involved in analyzing and providing solution to increase the efficiency of the factory furnace.
