Ann-Maree Harrison

Ann-Maree (Freeland) Harrison is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as the People Practices Leader for the Central Region at DPR Construction since September 2025, Ann-Maree previously held the position of Director of the People Engagement Office at Hilti North America, where a high-performing team was led across Talent Management, People Analytics, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Notably, a successful Corporate Social Responsibility program was developed, aligning brand and employee purpose with global sustainability efforts. Additional experience includes roles as a Development Officer for the Children's Medical Center Foundation and a Capital Campaign Manager for Meals On Wheels, Inc. of Tarrant County, where strategic fundraising initiatives were successfully executed. Ann-Maree holds a Bachelor of Mass Communications from Texas Tech University and a Master's in Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
