Eric Wylie

Eric Wylie is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in IT and operations engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Lead and IT Field Engineer at DPR Construction since December 2020, Eric previously worked as an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer at Route1 Inc., where significant contributions included building a high-availability SharePoint server farm and developing a business financials dashboard for executive use. At Custom Ink, Eric excelled as an Operations Engineer, optimizing network infrastructure and enhancing call center capabilities, while earlier experience as a Senior Desktop Support Technician involved supporting end-users and managing Windows imaging. Eric began a career in technology as an A/V Technician at the University of Nevada Reno, following a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the same institution, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Western Nevada College.
