Josh Destefano

Josh DeStefano serves as the West Coast Innovation Leader at DPR Construction, focusing on advancing disruptive innovations and fostering a culture of innovation within the company. Previous roles at DPR include Southwest Regional Virtual Design and Construction Leader and Southern California Virtual Design and Construction Manager. With a background in Virtual Design and Construction, Josh has also worked at the U.S. Institute of Building Documentation as Vice President and Chair of the Technology Committee, providing leadership in building documentation technologies. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes founding Ergo Golf, a company focused on innovative golf accessories, and owning JDRacks, which specializes in custom wood board racks for surfers. Josh's earlier career includes positions at Swinerton Builders, Klorman Construction, and Lendlease, all contributing to extensive experience in project engineering and management.
