Pedro M. Vargas

Pedro M. Vargas is an accomplished Senior Planner and Scheduler Manager currently leading the contractual schedule for a multi-billion-dollar Data Center project in Abilene, Texas, at DPR Construction. Vargas has a robust background, having served as Corporate Scheduler at Batson-Cook Construction, overseeing planning and scheduling across multiple regions while training staff in best practices with scheduling software. Previous roles include Regional Scheduler at The Beck Group, where leadership in complex projects resulted in numerous successful completions ahead of schedule, and Scheduling Engineer positions at AECOM Hunt, where expertise encompassed a variety of high-profile projects. With earlier experience as a Project Manager with VB & Associates and Caribe Tecno, Vargas has extensive knowledge in project lifecycle management and construction scheduling. Vargas holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
