Stephanie Grant

Stephanie Grant currently serves as the Business Development Lead for the New Jersey Business Unit at DPR Construction, starting July 2024. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Director of Business Development at CRB, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and expanding market presence in multiple states. Stephanie has extensive experience in business development at Kinetics, first as Vice President and then as Regional Business Development Manager, where strategic sales growth and management of significant opportunities were key focuses. Earlier experience at Holtec International involved roles that achieved substantial sales growth and secured major contracts. Earlier roles also included positions at Pentair and Plug Power. Stephanie holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.
