Paul McLaughlin

Paul McLaughlin is a seasoned quantity surveyor and procurement specialist with extensive experience in the mechanical, electrical, and data sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Senior Procurement Specialist at DPS Group Global since January 2019, Paul has worked on critical projects such as Bristol Myers Squibb's European Cell Therapy facility in the Netherlands. Previous roles include positions at Duke McCaffrey Consulting as a Senior Project Controls specialist, and at Arthur McKay as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, where Paul contributed to various high-profile projects, ensuring profitability and effective project controls. Paul has a strong academic background with a Master's degree in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University and a BSc (Hons) in Construction Project Management from Edinburgh Napier University, both accredited by RICS.
