J. Michael Mallick joined the Company's Board in 1998. Mr. Mallick was the Director of LiCONiX from 1975 to 1998. Mr. Mallick has been a private investor for many years. He recently retired as Vice President of Cantor, Fitzgerald & Company in Beverly Hills, CA.
