Angela Saunders has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in roles related to talent acquisition, talent management, compensation planning, employee development, and succession planning. Angela began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at the San Antonio Housing Authority from 1998 to 2000. Angela then joined DPT Laboratories, where they held various positions. Angela worked as a Compensation & Benefits Administrator from 2000 to 2005, overseeing compensation requests, salary surveys, and benefit program administration. From 2005 to 2009, they served as a Sr Compensation & Benefits Administrator, overseeing the compensation program, job analyses, benefit administration, and talent management programs. Angela was then promoted to Manager, Compensation & Benefits, where they managed the compensation program, conducted job evaluations, and oversaw talent management and employee development from 2009 to 2020. Finally, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager from 2020 to 2022, leading HR business processes, training leaders, managing employee relations, and overseeing compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives. Currently, Angela is the Human Resources Director at DPT Laboratories, responsible for prioritizing and managing various HR responsibilities, including talent acquisition, compensation planning, talent management, and workforce planning.
