Jenn Hargrove

Jenn Hargrove has over 20 years of work experience. Jenn started their career as a Resident Director at George Washington University in 1997. Jenn then worked as an Analyst at Richemont - A Sulka & Company from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they joined NARS Cosmetics as a Planning & Purchasing Manager until 2005. During this time, they also started working at Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare as a Product Development & Production Manager in 2005 and later became the Director of Product Development for MD Skincare by Dr. Dennis Gross from 2006 to 2009. Jenn then held various roles at Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, including VP of Product Development from 2009 to 2012, VP of Product Development & Talent Management from 2012 to 2016, and SVP of Product Development & Talent Management / People & Culture from 2016 to 2017.

Jenn Hargrove completed their education at Indiana University Bloomington. From 1994 to 1997, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1994, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a Specialty in Mathematics.
