Shehnaz Sultana

Shehnaz Sultana currently serves as Deputy Manager Training at Dr Lal PathLabs, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this, Shehnaz was Deputy Manager Learning & Development at Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Ltd. from July 2023 to October 2025, focusing on delivering soft skills, behavioral, and product training, as well as managing the learning management system and creating micro-learning content. Shehnaz also held roles as Assistant Manager Training Development and Assistant Manager L&D at Pathkind Labs from January 2022 to June 2023, and worked as a Communication Trainer and Process Trainer at Concentrix between September 2016 and January 2022. Shehnaz holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from The University of Burdwan (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Dayananda Sagar Institutions (2011-2014).
