Emily Reichwald

Emily Reichwald has accumulated extensive work experience in various senior legal and leadership roles. Emily began their career at BP and GE as a Legal Counsel before joining Linklaters as a Solicitor in the Corporate department. Emily then moved to ICI, where they held positions as a Legal Counsel in EMEA and later became the Legal Director for the UK, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa. Afterward, Emily worked at AkzoNobel as the Director Legal for Global Speciality Chemicals. Most recently, they have been with Dr. Martens plc, first as the Group General Counsel, Company Secretary, and Sustainability Lead, and then promoted to the Chief People & Sustainability Officer and Company Secretary.

Emily Reichwald has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law & French Law from The University of Manchester. Emily also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Université de Bourgogne, France. Additionally, Emily has completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London.
