Janine Hearn-Odell has extensive experience in brand marketing and management. Janine currently works at Dr. Martens plc as the Global Head of Brand Marketing. Prior to that, they were the Global Brand Marketing Manager at the same company.
Before joining Dr. Martens, Janine worked at Berghaus Ltd as the Global Head of Brand. In this role, they led the global brand management team, worked closely with the head of category and head of design, and launched new brand platforms and product ranges.
