Jon Yones

Sales Director Key Accounts at Dr. Martens

Jon Yones has a diverse work experience in the footwear industry, starting as an intern at Nike and then working for various companies such as AND1 and Piloti Driving Shoes. Jon joined the adidas group in 2005 and held roles including Category Director and Senior Product Line & Merchandise Manager. During their time at adidas, Jon successfully developed, designed, and merchandised running footwear, increasing overall efficiency and reducing article creation. In 2014, they joined New Balance as Global Product Director, where they developed a product and merchandising strategy that resulted in significant category growth. Currently, Jon is the Sales Director - Key Accounts at Dr. Martens - Airwair International Ltd, where they strategically manage multiple channels of distribution and is a member of the leadership team, contributing to sales goals and providing insights for the overall sales team.

Jon Yones earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University between 1996 and 2000. Jon later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business from 2003 to 2005.
