Mathilde Farcy-Mossard is a founder of MFM Coaching & Conseil since 2014. Mathilde provides coaching and consulting services to businesses on topics such as vision, organizational transformation, and soft skills. With a background in brand strategy and coaching, Mathilde focuses on facilitating collaboration and creating concrete actions to achieve results.

In 2019, Mathilde also began working as a Chief Marketing Officer (part-time) at Dr Milou, an ecosystem of services for animal health and well-being. Their goal is to medicalize animals outside of the usual healthcare system and to rekindle veterinarians' passion for their work. Mathilde was also the CMO at SHOPVIOUS from 2017 to 2018. As a coach expert and startup mentor, Mathilde worked with startups at WILLA from 2015 to 2018.

Furthermore, Mathilde has been involved with Social Builder as the Facilitator of the Startup Lab - Forum Jeunes Femmes & Numérique from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their work in coaching and consulting, Mathilde worked for Bel from 2005 to 2014. Mathilde held various positions, including Head of Brands, Brand Manager for Kiri, and Client Marketing Manager, during which they demonstrated their expertise in marketing strategy, innovation, and brand development.

Mathilde Farcy-Mossard has a diverse education history. Mathilde attended NEOMA Business School from 1995 to 1999, but it is not specified what degree or field of study they pursued during this time. In 1998, they participated in the International MBA Program at Helsinki School of Economics and Business through Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu. Mathilde completed a RNCP niveau 7 certification in Coaching Professionnel at CIC - Centre International du Coach, although the specific start and end years were not provided. Médecine, Meditation, Neurosciences degree specializing in Meditation and Neurosciences at the University of Strasbourg, anticipated to be completed in 2023.
