Aaditya Singh Thakur

Aaditya Singh Thakur is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in maintenance and project management within the food industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Maintenance Manager at Dr. Oetker India since September 2019, Aaditya previously held the role of Assistant Engineering Manager at Sublime Foods Ltd (Future Group) from March 2017 to September 2019. Prior positions include Electrical Engineer at Cremica Food Industries Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing the maintenance team and managing the installation and commissioning of a mayonnaise line, and Senior Engineer Maintenance at Foodcoast International. Aaditya began the career at Nestlé as a Project Engineer, successfully completing three turnkey projects, including a noodle plant installation.
