Turgay Ergincan

Turgay Ergincan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Executive Manager of People & Culture for Dr. Oetker in Turkiye since May 2007. Responsibilities include organizational changes, HR planning, budget management, recruitment, career development, training, performance management, and industrial relations. Prior roles include HR Manager and HR Specialist, with earlier consultancy and part-time positions in various companies, contributing to HR functions and performance management systems. Turgay Ergincan holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Dokuz Eylul University and a Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from the same institution. Additional educational experiences include studies at Anadolu University and Atatürk Üniversitesi, along with completing high school at Konak Anatolian High School.
