Nicholas Smith

Nicholas Smith has extensive experience in the performing arts industry, specifically in ticketing services and guest services. Nicholas has held roles such as Sr. Director of Ticketing Services and Business Systems at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Director of Guest Services at the Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI), and Director, Box Office Operations at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. Prior to their roles in the performing arts, Nicholas served in the United States Army as a Staff Sergeant in Communications.

Nicholas Smith obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired various certifications, including "Learning Microsoft Power BI Desktop" and "Power BI Essential Training" from LinkedIn in October 2019. Nicholas also obtained certifications in "Advanced SQL for Data Science: Time Series," "SQL Tips, Tricks, & Techniques," and "SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis" from LinkedIn in September 2019.
