Varshini U J

Varshini U J is a Senior Data Scientist and Automation specialist at Dr. Reddy's Institute of Life Sciences since April 2023, focusing on the development of ensemble models for chemical reaction optimization and the automation of chemical synthesis processes. Prior to this role, Varshini worked at SG Analytics from May 2021 to April 2023, performing computer vision tasks for parking space detection, data classification, and anomaly detection of vehicle tire surfaces using self-mixing laser diode sensor data. Varshini has experience as a gSARC member at Government College of Technology, where event organization and networking were key responsibilities, as well as during an internship at MN auto products (p) limited, where prototype testing and documentation were conducted. Additional experience includes serving as Secretary of Library for the Administration Aspirants Council, managing UPSC and PSU resources, and interning at FORGE Accelerator, supporting technical activities for various innovation programs. Varshini holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, completed in 2021.
